Agreement to Terms

By using the services of AquaMint Fontana Pool Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services Provided

AquaMint Fontana Pool Service provides professional pool maintenance and cleaning services to residential and commercial customers in Fontana, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly and one-time pool cleaning
  • Pool equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Chemical balancing and water testing
  • Filter cleaning and replacement
  • Tile cleaning and calcium removal
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs and will notify you if we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer convenient automatic billing options. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and clear access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any obstacles are cleared. If we cannot access your pool area, a trip charge may apply, and the service will need to be rescheduled.

Liability and Insurance

AquaMint Fontana Pool Service carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take great care in performing our services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors outside our control. You are responsible for maintaining your pool equipment and structure in good working condition.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right. Our guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, including severe weather, equipment failure, or improper pool usage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaMint Fontana Pool Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
